Recognizing the universal necessity and critical importance of the quality control function, we have developed our own Quality Assurance Program to insure consistent standards of operational performance and continuity of service. This program is unique within our industry and affords our clients benefits, which many security firms may not be able to offer.

Our Assurance Program is a systems approach for meeting our own corporate objectives, and at the same time establishing administrative procedures for reliable assessment.

All clients using our services can expect, at no additional charge, an objective audit of operations and personnel performance.

 

The company has an on going in service education training program. The training program starts with an in-depth orientation to the security industry and to the company. In addition, all of our officers recieve PIAB (Prevention Intervention Aggresive Behavior) and ethics training.

 

All applicants are given drug test before employment, and our officers are randomly screened for substance abuse. Any officer testing positive is immediately terminated.
